Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing our products at Pet Town Africa. We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product. Please note that food products cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations. However, for other products which are not unsealed after delivery, we offer a refund policy for products in clean, as good as new condition with no damage. Please initiate your return request within 7 days of purchase. For more information on our refund policy, please refer to our website.

Items purchased on www.pettownafrica.com returned to the Pet Town Africa company in acceptable condition with a postmark between 7 to 10 days after the delivery will be exchanged for website credit not including shipping cost at Pet Town Africa's discretion

Product will be inspected before refund is approved. If you don't have the original packaging, the fee 20% of the paid value.

Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 1 hour without giving any reason for doing so. The deadline for cancelling an order is 1 hour from the time on which you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered. In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by phone call or WhatsApp at +2347031080425 

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.


We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.


You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
